Question:
ALL connections are secured. When clicking on the Tech2 view icon it opens then get cannot connect to the device error message. The screen on the Tech2 unit never changes. Have tried this multiple times with the same negative results. Please refer to the picture as follows.
Solution:
First, need to download the file and install the encryption dog. Please send the email to us: service@autonumen.com
And then check the contact joint connector as follows
Take this apart and see if the order of the wire groups inside is wrong. There may be mistakes in individual production.
Just pry it open
Use a needle to insert into the outer hole to pull the title of wire out
